Since the creation of the espresso in Venice, our love for espresso has been spread all over the world with our IPAZIA brand.
. Because the highest quality coffee requires a scientific balance between mixing, roasting and preparing artisans, we named our coffee after the ancient Greek mathematician Ipazia. Quality is our hallmark. In this way you can enjoy the delicious taste of our coffee.
Balanced coffee with full taste
Our blends are carefully composed of refined Robusta coffee beans from Asia and Arabica coffee beans from Central and South America.The mixture of malt and fruit profiles contained in the coffee beans, can develop well during roasting. Our coffee is medium roasted, which is characteristic of our northern Italy region. This has created a balanced coffee with bitter and fresh tones and a full taste. The characteristic Venetian tones of cereals and caramel cannot be missed. The easier roasting of the coffee gives our coffees a nice round mouthfeel and a slight acidity.
